Can I have the same carer? | Ideally, we would like to get a few carers familiar with your care and routine as possible, as one carer may not be ideal as everyone needs time off work. This also depends on the hours required for care by an individual. Our care coordinators will work with you to roster the best number of care workers according to your individual circumstances and preferences. |
Can I give my care worker a thank you gift? | We understand that you appreciate the work that the support workers provide, however we ask that you do not give them gifts. Our company policy is that our carers are to refuse if offered presents. |
